The award for only SyTy I've seen since I left Alaska goes to... Invisibill. I saw his Sy cruising around Grand Rapids on a Friday about 2 months ago. Snapped a couple of pics on my phone, but they didn't turn out good. Would've posted this sooner, but I just got internet again yesterday.

Supposedly there is a White Ty in the area too. My buddy is the Miller rep for downtown, and says he sees one parked outside of Margarita Grill on Sat nights in the summer.

Thanks for the tip. Never heard of the Margarita Grill, but I looked it up in the phone book, and it appears to be downtown. I'll try and check it out when I'm down there on Monday. There's a guy listed on Sportmachines with a white Ty and black SoGT in Holland, which isn't too far from here. Haven't seen either of his trucks though.

Yup... good drinkin spots in GR. Like the Grill, The Bob and The Black Rose at the top of the hill is a pretty sweet Irish bar even by Boston standards. If you're ever out and see a short Miller rep with black hair named Ryan, tell him he owes you a beer or else... and then say Nate says "whats up"

ps. then order a bud to piss him off

So you're part of the reason there aren't any SyTys here. You took one, Bill moved to Battle Creek, and mine's stuck in Alaska. Nobody knows what a SyTy is around here. I'm still not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

It's a good thing.The rich as **** daddy's boy I got it from (Buddy Gainey of Gainey Tranportation)didn't hava a clue and prolly would have killed it.I got it in tip top shape,drove it 20k,then sold it for $1200 more than i had in it. :D

I'm only 20 miles east of you.

I remember walking back from dinner in this little crap town and seeing Bills Sy and giving him a big thumbs up. I was ass deep in $ into my GN and had an Impy SS but that's what got the wheels moving in my head for a SY/TY. 4 years later the GN and Impy are gone and the TY is the new baby in the family.

Timbo, I had my TY in GR last weekend, my brother in law lives a couple of blocks from Shamut Hills motorcycle off Lake Mi drive. If you need a TY fix let me know and maybe we can meetup the next time I'm in town.

Very cool to know of another one around here. It's still unknown when my Ty will make it to Michigan, so I'm happy to see any that I can around here.

Not to jump in on anyone's thread, but I seen a White Typhoon Sunday night around 11:30pm on Cedar Street in Lansing. By the Fleetwood Diner.

I've already bastardised this thread...........you probably saw TY2122/Pete. Very clean, low mile, stock truck with a different set of tires and wheels every week or so!

..I dont really take mine out too much, but I am in Grand Haven, and I go to GR occasionally with my Green Ty

...well, I have a group of guys I work with that makes it out to Mid-Michigan track quite often on Sundays....maybe we can setup a time to all go to the track. We are having a Silverado SS meet in Spring Lake later this summer...I am sure a few of our Sy/Tys would be welcome...GMHTP will be there...
