I know Ray is in the area, but I didn't think he was selling like this.

It is a trucks worth of cladding with a spare set of front fender arches, and a nice looking motor, its not like looking at Sportmachines warehouse.

If this is the truck and the parts that came with the truck that Im thinking of, then you havent seen it all yet and there still a large containers worth still to go :D

(I believe that is a brand new motor...as in, OEM brand new)

Yes it is OEM brand new and complete. . . and I think you might be thinking of the right person. :D Brand new, in box, OEM wheels, center caps, multiple sets of brand new OEM Typhoon interior panels, decals, wiring harnesses, center console, dash, heater controls, core support, bumper supports, trim pieces, hoses, hard lines, etc. Definitely everything you'd need to build a whole new truck and then some. :)

. . . and no, we know it's not quite like finding a museum full of pre-production trucks or anything. . . but still exciting to us (and we thought to some folks here).

. . . and yes, for the folks who are wondering, a lot of it will be for sale, but this isn't the right forum for that post and we have to dig through and catalog it all first, so soon! In the meantime, I'll keep posting on gnnorthwest.com and here as we make discoveries!

score! I was given the info on the truck and parts years back, but just never had that kind of money laying around and WA state isnt exactly next door to FL to transport all the goods.

Randy told me about this stash a few years back. Glad it's staying in the area, can't wait to come up and see what you've got.

Re: SyTy Parts Treasure Hunt

Don't get me wrong, I am always excited to see new groups of parts come online, and it sounds like this is quite a bunch of parts, but the first picture left a little to be desired when you are talking about treasure, but the second picture gets closer once you find out that is 0 miles OEM. Nice find, I am sure you will have customers for just about everything you have. GLWS

Nice find! Out of curiosity, I wonder what the vin is for the engine? Weren't they all coded with the truck number? I'm sure there were extra engines layin around at PAS but is it truck coded?

First off, read. There were quite a few of us who knew of this stash and Im certain most of us knew before Sportmachine did too. And if it wasnt for Sportmachines or others making large stockpile purchases in order to make available on the market back to owners who need, I bet you would be hard pressed to find parts as easy as you can nowadays. Take your bitterness and shitty attitude elsewhere.

Jump to conclusions why dont you.

You guys dont know the back story, so here is the short version: If you look, gnnorthwest just bought a royal blue ty. The deal with that Ty was that it came a bunch of parts....that was the only way to make the purchase....and if the price was still around the same as I was told years ago, then I think he got a fair deal....not a cheap deal, but a fair deal.

Id be selling the stockpile of parts too to make up for the purchase. :2cents:

You guys are damn quick to judge sometimes.

Yup, its just you.

If i found a stash of new oem syty parts id be on here showing them off in excitement too. Alot of people are going to benefit from this and make alot of smally flawed clean trucks almost perfect again.

There is alot more parts out there than you think. Some people just choose to hold on to them or don't want the hassle of selling them. Some people give the stuff away to help people out and in turn they just resell it to someone else, which in turn makes people want to hold onto there stash of parts from the punch in the face they just received.

Good of you guys to finally join the party. I will be bringing the Sy back to you as soon as I get the batt relocate and CAI installed for a final dyno tune before paint.

Probably gonna want a few parts as well. Are these parts all at your shop?

Re: SyTy Parts Treasure Hunt

It's awesome to see that most folks are sharing our excitement! We really do love these trucks. I understand why some might think otherwise, but there's not a great deal of profit in working on and selling parts for Syclones and Typhoons (or GNs, for that matter). We do it because we have a passion for the vehicles and every time we see one leave the shop better than it came in and see a big smile on the owner's face, it makes us happy. Personally, I'd do it for free if I could. . . but then I couldn't pay my guys and we'd go out of business.

But enough of that. Here are the other pics from our site for those of you who haven't visited there yet:
