th 350 gurus

im getting a spare trans built for my truck. my question is what output shaft does the trans use to hook up to the transfer case? is it the same as stock or different?

350 uses the same spline as the 700. You can basically cut it off to the length you need. You want 5/8" of the shaft extending out past the transfer case adaptor.
