The Rare Twin-Turbo Original Typhoon ... wait two of them!!!

This dealership has two Typhoons and think BOTH of them have twin-turbos .... it great they can't even pop the hood to look at the engine! Wonder if they will discount the price if I ask for only one of the turbos!!! :roll:

I have been looking in the wrong place for twin turbo headers , I guess I will have to go to my local gm dealer and get some factory originals . :drinking:

I have seen both in person and they are both nice ty's but way overpriced. I am suprised to see the adds claiming they have twin turbos, the guy used to have 3 of em. The 2nd one priced at 16k is actual a salvage title, was rolled over when close to new and that is the reason for the low miles on it. The first one is legit though it is really nice but not 100% perfect.

Mercedes Benz ML55 AMG, BMW X5, Porsche Cayenne Turbo. They're all faster however, the Ty remains the quickest in the acceleration department.

I can vouch for these 2 trucks - tbauer03 checked them out for me and I also had an inspector check out the first one. The one for 16k is a salvage title as mentioned earlier. The other is very clean with decent mileage but he won't budge on the price. My inspector said the drivetrain seemed questionable. The front of the truck was spotless clean and the rear was quite rusted. The inspector found it odd that the rear would look that bad for something always garaged. Anyway it has had some paint work. Apparently it had some blems from factory on the right rear quarter panel. The inspector was able to notice it by eye. If anyone is interested in this one I would suggest tracking down the original owner and speaking to him. The inspector new of him. Apparently he is local. The dealer states that he was the only mechanic that worked on his truck, but safe to ask the original owner
