Lokar makes cables that will work well for the throttle. The part number I used is TC-1000TP36. You have to cut it to size. It is not hard at all. They make black jacket coating cable also. You could look at the Lokar web site to find the part number for those.
On the kickdown cable I don't know the length you will need for that. Once you know the kickdown cable length. You should be able to search the Loker site and find the part number. My best guess is that this part number would work KD-2700TPU. But I am not sure on it and it has a black jacket coating.
