top speed 60mph?

I just recently bought a typhoon and am still learning about them. Well it just started do this thing where when i am getting into it. It shuts down at 60 mph, or if Im in over drive it will not let me over 3500 rpm. What is going on here? :-? :x :-?

DO YOU HAVE THE ULTIMATE CHIP??

if so it might be in valet mode, which means low rev limiter, low or no boost , and retarded timing

No i Do not have an ultimate chip. And i am located in coffeyville, Ks. Is there anyone that lives close that could help?
