Tracing previous owners

As I'm based in the UK I'm not 100% sure if you are able / is it possible to trace previous owners easily?

I have recieved a carfax report (thanks TNPhoon) and I'm really interested to trace the history of my truck prior to export to the UK (2004). Is this possible through the title changes?

Probably not due to privacy laws. They prevent any owner information from being listed on a history report. Only way to find a previous owner is if there was some information left in the truck, like in the glove box with the owners manual.
