Ok... I have a quick question that I wasn't able to find an answer to.
Forgive me for the ignorance but I haven't been able to actually tune for over a year and I missed the boat. Anyway...
Now that I can actually tune my truck I have been messin around and it looks pretty good. I'll save it where it for daily driving, but now I want to move on to a higher BOOST tune and I'm not sure where to start.
Naturally I want to go about it the correct way so....
What do I add first? Boost, Timing or both?
Do I set the boost to say... 20 and advance the timing until I get a tiny bit of knock then adjust the AFR again? Obviously knock is bad but how much is too much?
I just don't know what order to begin changing things or how to tell where the timing should be set.
KrepinTY... if you see this, give me a call. (I lost your number in my old phone) I have my new Ostrich and it's time to do some tuning. Have you got yours installed yet?
