What is this junk title Ty worth?

A local to me has this ty up for sale.

This is a very rare vehicle, 1 of 2300 built! NADA suggested retail is $20,000, I'm only asking $7,500. I want to sell it asap. That's why it's priced so low. Here are some more details:

My friend called on it, and it has salvage title. I'm getting the itch to go look at this truck, but I think the price is way high. He's had it for sale at this price for at least 6 months, he had it listed higher before and it's probably been for sale for a year.

I'm thinking $5000 on the low side if it's beat, $6,000 if it's in real good condition and/or has $5k worth of receipts for the paint. I've seen him driving it before and for sure it's missing all the center caps, the rear wiper is broken, and it was very dirty.

Get all the paperwork you can on the prior Total Loss. See if you can find out who repaired it. Has it been registered since the repair. If not, it has not been state inspected for safety. Looks like the left front wheel is back. I bet the frame is still bent. The left side of the front bumper is poorly aligned (like things are still bent not like the poor alignment seen from the factory) as it has a large gap at the lower side. Cladding is the wrong color. No interior or underhood photos. Get as much info as you can. Def. inspect is yourself. See if the front end has ever been aligned since the repair. Does it have a printout showing the specs. If your really interested, have your own body shop check it out. Pay the guy for an hours time and tell him to look it over front to rear and tell you everything he sees. Have him "X" measure the underside at frame reference points. Measure wheelbase side to side. Datalog it during a test drive. That's for starters. Price will vary depending on results.

Get the VIN so I can run a CarFax on it too.
I was looking at a Ty in Alabama that had a rebuilt title on it. The odometer in the truck showed 70k, but CarFax showed that prior to the rebuilt title it had like 110k.
