There is a part in front of where the stock air filter assembly goes I don't know what it is. It is black, about the size of your hand and is shaped sort of like a turbo compressor housing, except it's made out of black plastic. It bolts onto the front end beside the drivers headlamp and directly in front of the air filter intake. It had a green wire connecting it to the batch of wires that connects the headlamps.
I thought it was the horn, but I disconnected it and horn still worked. What is this thing?
edit: it has "DELCO-REMY usa" stamped on the outer lip and "[e6] 8203 (E6), F-360" on the inner lip
