Which Steering Box?

ok, maybe its just me, but I cant find any past discussions on steering box upgrades, and I know the topic has been brought up before. Was it the Camaro 1LE box that is the best direct bolt in upgrade, just doing a little thinking ahead for the future.

Heh... should know this one Morgan it's been covered a lot in the past 6 months.. Basically the best box is a ZQ8 steering box w/ 12:1 ratio out of a late model S-10 and some Xtremes.. You need to remove & replave the 2wd pitman arm out of new box and replace/insert a 4wd pitman arm (either a new one or your prexisting one on your truck) in it's place... then bolt the box right up...

thanks guys, next time ill stop being a dumbass and search for words associated with it I honestly havent seen this topic come up in ages, i was putting in 1LE and shit like that.....but thaks for the refresher on the search button, i know its there, and how to use it. Unfortunately its like a calculator, you put garbage in, you get garbage out.
