i live near greensburg, PA where that ty is located and i think it is for sale a mercedes dealer. i actually called the dealer about it a few weeks ago and they were asking 14.9 for it, not 16.9.

It could have a chip but those numbers are close to the real number of a stock SyTy motor. (I would put it at 300hp/440ft-lbs)
