Windshield Wiper issue Please help!

Well,
I am putting the windshield wipers on, and I have a problem. I can turn them on, and they work. But, when they stop, they stop in the up position, and go down. Instead of stopping in the down position and going up.
Basically, when they stop, and turn them back on, they go counter clock wise, 12 oclock to the 9, instead of clockwise 9 to 12 (I hope that makes sense as I marked them to get the arms back on in the correct location). The first time, luckily I didn't scratch the paint as I installed the arms, and they slammed right down on the filler panel!

I have done this before as well take arms off just turn on wiper switch go on /off make sure that switch is off then put on the arms you may need to pull of that panel and disconnect the nut off the motor for the transmission arms than turn on wiper switch repeat process make sure it is in the off postion than attach tranmission arms.

I have to replace the rear wiper arm but it seems to be seized. Is there a set screw or snap ring hidden?

Do you know how to remove the fronts? The rear should be the same, AFAIK. Lift arm, stick a finishing nail thru holes near the hinge, and wiggle it off.

Yep, but I think this one might be seized. Any suggestions for removal without busting rear glass?
