wondering about chips

if i were to get a chip for my sgt, which would be the best to get? i had a j.e.t. chip in my camaro and wasnt impressed at all. also would i be better of waiting until i get everything else done, cam, heads, ect., before i get a chip?

I'm not sure that they do OBDI trucks.....I'm also not sure what it takes to make a good chip for a SoGT, as they are typically the bastage child of the 4.3 family with the CPI setups and what not.

they do. thanks guys. it will be roughly $250. thats not bad considering the hypercraps are around $200. i may just order an extra chip off of ebay when i get ready to gt the chip burnt and just send it so i have no down time, but it will be a while before i get to that point.
