Get a measuring tape out and go to a machine shop.There's all of $15.00 in material there. PLus a afternoons work/time.

Dimensions are posted on NWSTP. If someone can buy aluminum .125 thick that big for $15 I would be ready to buy a truck load of it. LOL

I've seen it made with thinner material but I always liked how the .125 was.

I dont have any more, but here is the plan I used. I had them built for ~65 plus tax if i remember right.

I took those dimensions/drawings to a chasis shop and they made me one up years ago.

The scoop i got from Ryan is awesome. It actually covers alot more underneath which is what i like!!! :tup:

Price it out for a 4x8 sheet, you can make a few out of a sheet. Let me know where you want your sheets dropped off at.

Canadian metal prices are lower in Canada than the states. Thanks for buying Canadian. Free Trade you have to love it.The prices you have there are retail. Who pays retail? A 4x8 sheet is $89.99 for less than 10, more than 10 is $79.95

I currently have the Blade of Death and the SS Skid Plate that Jim Longwith sold. I want the NWSTP scoop because it is 1 piece and easier to take off. Looks like I'm guna have to go to a shop to have them build me one.

Shipping would kill the savings I think.

sean shoot me a pm , i can hook you up with .125" x 29.5" x 24" aluminum if you got a place to cut it and bend it.

Thanks to Joe (ty166), I got 2 sheets of .125" aluminum for almost nothing. I will post pics of the finished product soon.

no problem , anything to help out fellow syty'ers , especially the locals. nice meetin you and your dad, wish it wasnt so cold and we had more time to chat. we'll have to meet up at some shows next summer. make sure to post up some pics when its done.
