WTB: Syclone in W. PA for under 10k

This may be a somewhat difficult request, but I am on the lookout for a syclone in south western PA (Hour north of Pittsburgh / near Youngstown) for under 10 grand. I am willing to travel to purchase though.

There is a used carlot around Salem OH, i've seen 3 Syclones for sale there over the last year. They seem to "cater" to performance trucks, they usually have a couple Lightnings as well.

I'll try to find their website and see if they have anything currently.

Is the car lot in Salem Ohio by chance? Or is it the lot you have listed? What information do you have on the truck at the lot listed here?
