Zerks, Grease Fittings Locations

Hey all, I searched and searched but couldn't find a thread that detailed all the zerks or grease fittings I need to attend to during a front end lube job. Can someone post the location of each of them? (I recall reading there were 11 total, not sure if that includes the propshaft (which I understand requires removal to grease)).

P.S. I'll be getting the shop manuals when I have the cash....but this job needs to get done before that (Ty's squeeking like an old 4x4 rust bucket).

There are 5 between the frame rails. 1 on each end of inner tie-rods (that
face each other), 2 on the idler arm on the pass side, and 1 on the pitman
arm on the drivers side. The forward one on the idler arm is almost
impossible to access.

There are then 3 at each wheel: upper and lower ball joint, and the outer tie
rod end.
