Try Me said:i love trying new things, and hydroboost was on my list. ive got a booster and master cylinder from an astro on the way ($75), and found that the factory astro lines list for around $25 bucks from advance auto parts website. i will be stopping tomorrow to order those (i love having advance right behind my house). if all goes well should have less than $200 bucks in it, and there seems to be no real disadvantage in this upgrade!

i posted this already. get u a hydro setup off of a late model astro or safari van. i got mine @ the junkyard off of a 98 gmc safari, ordered a adapter from e @ turbotime and vioala direct bolt up. as far as the lines go. you can use the ones off the safari/astro or use braided hose. earls makes o-ring fittings that will screw in the feed and return on the hydrboost and the steering gear.

I'd prefer to run the stock pump and not have a remote reservoir/tank.
