Damn cap n rotor job ain't no punk!!

I guess I should clarify that the time was for cap/rotor, plugs, wires, and figuring out why the hell it won't start afterward. Still horrible, though. The cap is pretty easy if you take the two relays above it off of the firewall. Two screws hold the bracket on and just push them out of the...

Damn cap n rotor job ain't no punk!!

The first time I did that job it took six hours with the help of a very competent friend. The next time it took six hours by myself. I had everything sitting around to do it with for about three months the second time. It's just something that I hate to get started on.

    stuudering at 3000 rpm's .......

That's exactly what my Sy was doing until last weekend. Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor and it runs strong again. Set aside an afternoon, it's a PITA.

    Heater Core Part #

Get one with a warranty. You don't want to do this more than once every ten years. I did mine twice in one year. It would have been easier to ban religion.

    Silver Corvette Z06 vs. Syclone

I think they've got it. What does a new Viper go for? About $70-80k? Half only makes sense when applied to one of the criteria listed above and that's price. Putting the Vette at $50k. That leaves yes and [B]little less (20%) to apply to weight and horse power. That gets you either a 2400 lb...

    SyTy vs WRX

I don't know how stock your truck is, but you should be able to take him. He only has a few choices on launching and they all suck. He can bog, he can slip the clutch, or he can dump it. Dumping the clutch is the only way he'll ever beat a Sy/Ty off the line, and he'll do it maybe three times...

    Silver Corvette Z06 vs. Syclone

In an interview with Business Week, Bob Lutz said that he wasn't looking for more power in the '03 Corvette. Instead he wants to lighten the car. He wasn't talking about the Z06 specifically, but some of the lightening will undoubtedly have an impact.
