Re: Front Axle Heads up. Napa Max Drive CV Old thread, but I recently installed a Napa Max Drive on my passenger side. I have stock wheels and did not have to trim the axle shaft for the center cap to fit.

Re: Factory air tube question If I remember correctly the hose connected to the driver side valve cover connects into a fitting on the stock filter box. If your K&N filter is a cone filter and you deleted the filter box; you'll want to remove the hose & fitting from the dirver side valve cover...
