Re: turbo install time Go spray WD40 or 6N1, I prefer Prolong but it's hard to find, on all the nuts and bolts for a couple of days before you attack the job. I'll smoke for a bit when you drive it but the heat really lets the penetrante get in there. Don't use so much you risk a fire.

Re: Only hot air out the vents OK, checked things out this am. Damper door was definetly in the open position. The cable is hooked up on both ends. It will pull the door open when I put the heat selector on hot but won't push it closed to shut the door. Anyway, I closed the damper door manually...
