Tried search, don't know what to call it.. The box that is under the console/ carpet. What is it and do I need to keep it? Installing new carpet and interior tonight, and want it out of the way.

Re: replacement struts for aftermarket tonneau I would hit the local truck accessory store, that does camper shells and lids. They should be able to find you something. www.4are.com or astro truck lids are 2 manufacturers, and they could fit most anything.

Re: cpfi or not to cpfi...That is the question lookup a guy by the name of Blazerguy on s-seriesforum.com. He procharged a CPI when working for procharger. He even showed pictures of a CPI setup that he modified for 6 individual injectors, etc. He knows the CPI stuff in and out.. I think...

I would look at stage 8 stuff. They have a teardrop piece that is held on by a clip. The teardrop sits up against the primary tube of the header and physically stops the bolt from loosening. Really cool idea.

Not totally done yet. I have post paint, but currently its 3/4 of the way wetsanded. We gutted interior and even pulled out the side windows. The only glass in truck was the front. I am not worrying about color under interior. Another low mileage truck may be worth it, but mine is 151K...

My :2cents: may go against the grain with some people.... Do it. I changed my white grey to Royal Blue Metallic (non stock color) and grey, and am :D , and I havent even gotten it buffed out yet. Its your truck. As long as you keep the basic idea of the truck, basic "spirit" of these...

:rock: I am going with the camaro salad shooters, but similar along the lines. The wheels are much ligher then stock syty, from what I felt.
