i am not getting any boost. i checked all the vac lines and there hooked up i want to check the wastegate but i have no idea how can anybody give me some advise or know what it could be?

i just tried to start the ty and it wouldn't start. the lights on the dash tell me to check gauges and my boost gauge is pedded at max. does anybody know the problem? if you could help i would really apreciate it
