I found a tranny from craigslist he said it was pulled out of 93 typhoon how can I make sure it's a syty tranny not some other junk and what to check for as far as it being in working order?

I went to the gas station pumped some gas got on and left it drove down the street fine till i punched it a Lil to feel some power lol. I let go of the gas and pushed it like normal and it started sputtering and shaking like if it had a misfire so I pulled over to check it out the truck turns...

picked up my old ty a couple days ago its a 93 typhoon with a salvage title with 78k runs good needs a new tranny for sure and the frame checked and the guy i got it from put corvette rims but 17s in front and 18s in back hopefully it hasnt done any damage hopefully she will be on the road again...
