I wouldnt mind doing the TT chip and 60lb injectors if I need to. I think the 80lbers and e85 are overkill for me and I want to stay on pump fuel. Im not really looking for power just a truck that runs well. Do you run your 80s on pump fuel or e85 all of the time?

I dont know if the seal plate on the bearing housing will fit the 25g wheel. Is your turbo apart ? you should measure the back plate. I think the housing only fits up to a 20g wheel ( 68mm exducer on the compressor side )

I will check if the FPR is stepping up the presure 1:1. Good idea ! The weather here is nasty right now so it most likely will be a few days before I can get the truck out for testing.
