Back down your timing until the knock is acceptable. Slowly work the pressure / timing up while data logging.

Check to see how true your wheels are. These trucks have a tendency to make them out of round. My rear wheels are just out of round enough to have a harmonic at 70mph.

There is a pretty big list that it could be. If you can use a scan tool that has data logger you could trim the list down on iac counts ect. Check and see if running a different chip, throttle body, fuel pump and the last time the vac lines, plugs and cap/rotor have been changed.

Anytime, They had issues with the T-case. Driver basically straddled it and was super spooky with the front shaft so close to body parts. I've been dreaming of building an EV clone (S10) using a awd Tesla. Would be pretty sweet fit for a Vette as well. No T-case or drive shafts would be a ton...

Have you tried swapping the brackets on the motor to the other side? Had a very similar issue with my son's V8 swap in his rodeo GM 3.1l. Only way we got them to work was by adding 1/4" plate under the mounts on the frame. Ended up pulling them and making our own.
