1/8th mi drag kills

Mephisto

These trucks are cursed
first time drag racing ever! goddamn thats some fun shit!

kills:
honda crx w/ NOS
subaru wrx
70's chevy stepside with blown big block
modded integra in brackets (a 1.8sec head start)

but the real prize of the whole day was smoking a brand new 911 twin turbo!

my best 1/8th mi time was against the porsche:
.543 reaction time (.500 is perfect)
1.89 60ft
77.19mph
8.73sec

not bad for a stock sy with a walbro and jabsco

possible 12's in 1/4mi????

next races are on the 8th and the 22nd! so i wanna see some of you so cal people there!

Good kills! Congrat! The 911 Turbo is quite a suprise. I've seen a Carrera 4 (not turbo) to run high 8's in the 1/8 this fall.

As for 12's. Don't think so. According to the
conversion it's somwhere 13.66-13.80. And the conversion usually a bit worse for our trucks. Anyway, good kills! Keep us posted.

Pretty good RT man... Congrats on the german kill too..

1/8th mile is bout all we have round these here parts... Its fun but you don get to brag about MPH..

There is a link in... well... the links section to your left that gives you a formula for converting 1/8th mile times to 1/4 mile, BTW.. Its under automotive formulas or something like that.

What do you think is holding you back from some much better times. The trans. tuning or both?

The trans is worn out.I got plenty of power and hope to be around 12.60 once I can afford a rebuild. It just won't shift at all.
