I think he's referring to the pick up mod you mentioned in the vid. Nice SS and great price. Whats with the Cali plates? Why did you rebuild the motor? GLWTS!!

I am running a temporary plate. So I tossed the Cali plates on it so I can look way cooler....LOL I rebuilt the engine as it spun the crank bearing. Also a very common problem with these. .030 over, runs really nice now. Can get the tires to growl now.

??? missing the point there. ??

Bad assumption on my part. Figured in the video (which I can't watch now) you talked about changing from AWD to RWD, based on Trizney's reply. My bad.

All good. AWD is the way to go. After you had it, hard to go back to rwd.

Yeah, but some of the big HP TBSS guys go RWD. Probably cheaper, and it's definitely easier to upgrade/work on.

Yeah that part is true. I still like awd, throw it into the corner and punch it.

Same, I'm addicted to AWD at this point

I feel the same as you guys, but it is funny, because at the same time, I would really like to put my Camaro back together and "learn" to drive/hoon a RWD vehicle again. I loved hanging that cars ass out around corners. deep breath....sigh...some day.

Congrats. Always bittersweet when it happens.

Have to be honest, a nice clean and fun suv to drive. I either sell the TBSS or the Tacoma and if I sell the Tacoma I have to buy a trailer to haul stuff around. The only trailer I want in my yard is a car hauler one. So in a way this works out.

Nice Norm. I thought I saw a pic of your car and it was completed a while ago. Maybe before you tore it down this time. Looks really nice, whats left to be done?

It was done when it was grey. I pulled it apart and put new quarters on it, floor , rockers. This all started out as a transmission swap and quickly got out of control. Did a color change. I have the transmission cooler lines to do ( braided stainless), fuel lines ( stainless) then sheet metal, new BP wiring harness and body harness. Put the interior back in it and drive it.
