Re: 25 years!

I, for one, am deeply insulted.

I am sorry if I came off too harsh on you.
You are my friend. My friend that can't count!
Ok, you were only off by 1.
1 year, 365 days, 8760 hours, 525,600 minutes...;whatever way you wish to express it.

You have to remember the State uses simple math. Not engineer math.
Here is the formula for you: 2016-1991=25.

Since 2016 is a leap year he was off by 8784 hours.

You're right! Now I wasn't offended because I was wrong! I was just trying to rub it in. That is funny!:rotf:

366 days also.

See there is simple math, engineer math and calendar math!

The use of antique, classic and vintage registration plates is governed by Section 1340 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, which states: “It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle or vehicle with antique, classic or vintage registration plates for general daily transportation. Permitted use shall be limited to participation in club activities, exhibits, tours, parades, occasional transportation and similar uses.”

Occasional transportation and similar uses are defined as one day a week. Although buses and trucks are eligible for antique, classic and vintage registration plates, buses MAY NOT be used to transport passengers and trucks MAY NOT haul cargo. Antique, classic and vintage registration plates are not available for motorized pedalcycles or motor homes.

same bull shyt in Illinois but it says you can also drive it back and fourth from the repair shop... I just always carry a set of plugs in my 59 and got pulled over once and told the cop I was taking it to the repair shop.... he didn't write it,

would be kind of a hard law to enforce in my opinion.

I interpret the rule as being able to drive it once a week that didn't involve going to car event. This is similar to collector issurance and how I drive my Syclone anyways.

Occasional transportation and similar uses are defined as one day a week.

Not if the officer decides to follow you from a distance....or inquire which shop you are enroute to during the traffic stop and later check at the shop for validation. My guess is he/she had better things to do.

There are plenty of ways to enforce most laws.
