Are syclones rear glass unique?

I tried the search button but could not find an answer,are the syclones rear window glass different than a stock s-10 mine seems to have a bronze tint to it?

Indeed they are. Thay do have a bronze look to it. Factory tint. That is how you'll know if that back glass has been changed from an s10 or original.

I have to disagree, I have seen the bronze window in an S10 and another one in a Sonoma. Both trucks were 91 or newer because of the one piece grill. I haven't seen the GMC in a while but the S10 is still around so I will try to get a close up look and some pics to confirm.

I'm sure there is a RPO part # for the Sy glass. I got one installed into my 88 x81 by my glass shop bud who put a slider into a Sy. Cost me a six pack of Budweiser and my old glass. :tup:

He was adament that this was the only one he ever saw. Probaby late 91.

Then he became a crackhead and a snitch. He's prolly dead now.

His name was Bo Botts.

Somebody post up their rear glass part #. It's in the lower right hand corner of the glass (pass side)

I have the same # in my rear glass.

Do we know of any surplus or glass available?

Went looking for the S10 and found 2 Sonomas, both have the bronze glass in them and the same part # as Sy glass.

Seems to be the norm for the Sy. Mine has an aftermarket tint added.

My SoGT rear glass looks to be original, but it is different from the Sy.
