Does anyone have a lnk to where this kit is offered for sale? I have seen the kits on SyTy Archives, but those are for the front. I used the search, but even though it's mentioned a lot I can't find where it's available to purchase, whats included, price, etc..

Also, can someone post a picture of the conversion please? I'd like to see how the caliper sits.
