I'll just remove chain and driven sprocket completely, and drive it as RWD vehicle until I find a perlacement TC. I got used to it already.
No offence taken - I'm not doing these kinds of things. Those guys shouldn't either - you can buy everything online now. Yeah, it could be expensive, but if you can't afford a Ty - don't drive it. Bastards.Please take no offense. That's Third-World Country stuff right there. No replacement parts available, do what you have to do.
I bought this Ty without front propshaft - they said it was removed for the fuel economy. I knew it was BS, but there was more then stretched chain and thrashed VC in thereSo this case blew up, and they either welded it back together as a full-time 4-wheel drive case, or as a AWD case with the planataries intact, but it sure would have had a propensity to spin the rears.
I have no idea how many miles it lasted in this condition, but when you get your truck working again with a properly functioning T-case, you will be amazed at the difference.
