hey i won the transmission from Dr Evil but he hasnt heard from anybody to confirm that i was the winner. can anybody help me out with this problem.

I think he knows that. Its just that Bill has not heard from any of the cordinators on exactly who won the transmission.

I sent all of your contact info to Bill via email the following week after Nats.
We also included your info in the Thank you package which they acknowledged receiving, so I will call Bill and verify for a third time that you are indeed the winner.
Here is a link to a pic of their award to which a Roadmaster employee commented. Should verify that they at least received the award.

Bill is a good guy, probably just being precautious.
