There are some nuts that secure the bumper to the frame. 2, maybe 4 of them, I don't recall right now, loosen them.
You will need to remove the grill to access them.
Then you have the bumper supports/tubes that attach inside the wheelwell to the bumper. Loosen these also.
Now wiggle the bumper up and down while pushing back until you get the desired clearance on each side.
Tighten all bolts, tight.

I think I covered it all.
Guy's,did I miss anything?

Hey ... Unless I'm mistaken there's only a little you can do with the front bumper on the corners.. I'm assuming this is what you are reffering to.. There's a bar/brace that's adjustable towards the lower corner(s)portion of the front bumper cladding.. If it is loose you can loosen the bolt on the frame end, push it out, & re-tighten.. Unfortunately there're no ways to adjust the top corners of the front bumper.. This is why you always can tell if a SyTy's been in a forward accident because the top corner of the bumper is pushed in/not flush with the wheel arch cladding....

Yeah i feel for you.. was about 2 winters ago when I tapped the back end of my friends caddy with the front left corner of my bumper thanks to the damn ABS system & a bunch of Ice...

the front bumper support is brand new, not bent whatsoever. but you are right, i just want the get the cladding tilted up, so its not doin the "sad face" thing and get the cladding closer to the wheel arches
