Are you plugging th cig. lighter in?

Mine didnt work until I did this!

Are you using an USB-to-serial adapter?

Mine seemed to work best @ the 195 setting in the serial Port.

i work late(some times) but i am close by(i even drive by 73 everyday on the way home from work) if you wanted to check your cable on my laptop or ty, i would say my cable on your ty but i just hid it under the dash when installing my white gauges.

TTS's ALDL tester program may or may not mean anything on my cables. It's designed to test their cables, and I've never even seen one. I did test all of the cables before I shipped them out, but it's possible that something could've happened to it in shipping. If you hook up with someone else, try using their known-working PC and cable in your truck. That will verify that there isn't some problem with your truck's wiring or something. Then try swapping in your cable. If it doesn't work, then there's most likely something wrong with your cable. If it does work, then it's probably a computer setting.

I honestly don't know what all those settings do, but mine didn't work at the defaults, and does work at whatever I ended up on in the 190-200 range.
