I believe I need a new half shaft(s). I have the instructions, which don't seem to difficult. Is it a good idea to just replace both? I have no idea which side is bad or if both are. My Ty has about 70,000 miles.

Get the lifetime warranty shafts and replace one.
Then in about 6 months remove the other one and clean it up really good and return it as your "warranty replacement"
It works, but I haven't done mine yet.
You can replace just one at a time though.
Have someone stand on each side of your truck as you make a tight circle turn in a parking lot.
Should be able to narrow down which one is clicking/popping.
