Re: HID head light conversion interest?
Ok I will try to answer what I can.
Just to let everyone know these kits are from hong kong not china as I listed it as. Another mistake that was mentioned that a simular kit was on my test vehicle (daily driver) was in my car for 6-7 years (not years months

)
These are what I call cheap affordable high quality kits. I don't see my self spending $500+ on a hid kit when can get the same exact thing for 1/2 or 3 time cheaper. Things don't last forever and expecially in a car enviroment when it can get wet, damage from heat/cold, humidity, impact from bumps/pot holes......you understand what I am trying to say.
This is what I thought that would hurt my hid sale is it's 90 warranty. Now I worked something with my distributor that now it's extended it to
9 MONTHS!
The kits GP is $290 for 10 kits. If I can get more than 15 kits I can lower it to $280. Sorry not much I just got informed from my hid supplier he got killed on paypal fees from my payment!
The 2 kits I offer is a single hid kit and a bi-xenon kit. The brand is a CZP which was previously Odel. The single kit is much easier to install and no need to go directly to the battery but you lose the high beam feature. The bi-xenon offer both low and high hid output. Installation take a bit longer (1 hour of less not too sure I never worked on a typhoon). The bi-xenon kit has an extra relay and needs to go directly to the battery. This kit will be plug and play like the kits I offer to the turbo buicks. The 2 kits will be modified to plug right in. This kit is completly waterproof ( not too sure on the relay) but the ballast is completly sealed up there is no chance water can damage the ballast even if the water gets in. The bulb you can submerge in water and will still work. You ever see the pic of a hid lamp in the fish tank? If the lamp was noo good the fished will die instantly because of high voltage from the hid output. Most of the connections is done near the pass lamp (input for relay, mounting the ballast and relay and main 12v/ground connection, I also included the + battery terminal and the last thing is to do is run the wire accross for the drivers hid connection). Simple!
The hid conversion 200mm lamps is a direct high quality glass replacement lamp that uses a H4 halogen. The brand is Autopal. A H4 lamp is included with this kit incase a problem occur with the hids.
Someone mentioned about have hids in a non projector lamp. I don't see why there will be a problem? Many auto manufactor is factory equiped with a non hid projector headlight system. There is a list here posted of many automobiles with stock hid without a projector lamp. I do understand with projector the beam will be more accurate and dispursed. A improperly adjusted headlight will blind other drivers.
Ok this was posted from caspers electronics
https://www.casperselectronics.com/...creen=PROD&Product_Code=103016&Category_Code= My kits already have this installed. Some of the cheaper kit you find don't have this H4 shield. I requested for my kits to have this.
Ok the last thing I need to mention about my hid kits. I am not here to make $$$ for your infomation. I first started this because of the interest I see in the turbobuick community most of the member requested to have a complete hit put together (which I did) that was easy and will plug and play without any modifications which I noticed most guys cant do car electronics, can wrench but when it comes to auto electronis they are clueless.
The price I listed is a little cheaper over the buick kit because only if I got a bigger number of kits sold and the lamps is like $5-10 cheaper than the buick lamps. At tb.com I only sold less than 6 kits to members from the mainland but some a bunch to friend here in hawaii. 1 kit was sold to my friend that has a typhoon.
Also I need to cover both ways on shipping and since I am in hawaii shipping to me is more that from anywhere in the states. So if you do the math you will understand I am not making much per kit. These kits are benifiting both me and you.
For the one that shop on e-bay there are tons of hid kit sold there ranging from low 100's and up to $500+. Many kits out ther but you have to find the right one. I did my research and found the perfect kit. The lamps are also found there but the difference that I got everthing ready to go.
When will this kit be ready for a GP? When I am settled in from my buick kits. The kits will be arriving sometime next week and a extra typhoon kit is with my order. I need to put many kits together, modify it and test everyone before shipping it out. So when this is done I am ready for you guys. I would say in 2 weeks this kit will be ready for sale?
I do not stock these kits Why? Because it will hurt my cash flow and don't want to get stuck with kits tha don't sell especially the lamps. These kit I require a 1/2 deposit and will run it for a week or longer, when I get everyones deposit I will place the order and the other 1/2 is required. Then recieving the kits I do the same thing with my buick kits and off it go to you guys. So expect at least 2 weeks min for delivery of your hid kits.
Ok I am tired now typing all this which I never good at. I hope I explained about my hid as best as can and hope everyone that reads it understands. If there is any more questions that needs to be answered post here or send me a pm.
