If you have all the tuning equipment, you can make them work. You dont need a starting bin, you just need to put the injectors in and go from there. I would start with the "base pulse constant vs EGR" table, and use it to adjust your idle as close to normal fueling as possible, then adjust the VE tables to get the rest tuned up. You will probably need to touch on AE and PE too, but I dont think it would take more than a few hours to have it very driveable. You could also cheat a little, by looking at a 50lb bin, and comparing it to a stock inj bin, and making a new bin with everything moved half way (from stock to 50lb). That would also get you close.
