I had a couple of Cossies in early 90's (and a Sierra in the 80's) and while their reputation is great, having one as a daily driver isn't.
I'd probably stick with "G":s... GN(X) / GT-R / G-Wagen. My W463 G could be a decent SyTy-substitute with a biturbo V12 engine swap from a S/SL/CL600. It would even have the transmission self-destruct feature.
