Inconsistent boost readings?

Hello all. I have a question that I could not find in the search. It seems that every time I start the SY, my aftermarket boost gauge tells me something different every time. Sometimes it will be at -20 anywhere to 0 boost. The factory boost gauge is always the same but not the aftermarket gauge that is supposed to be more accurate. What do I need to fix or look for to fix this problem? Thanks.

Only thing I could think of is that the line for the aftermarket gauge has a kink in it. The longer you crank the motor, the more vacuum the gauge reads??

I will check the line for kinks. Thanks for your help. Hopefully that is what it is and it is an easy find.
