Re: intercooler pump
Hi Foot,
I used the GM pump that is listed on the ZZPerformance website... I'm pretty sure it's the pump for the Cobalt... it flows a LOT of coolant and only draws 2.1 amps thru about 10 feet of hose - it's rated at 6.8gpm. I'm running it and a single Derale fan thru the factory wiring and it's just fine.
Yes, I found the Cobalt hoses just looking through the online parts locator at my local GMC dealer. I didn't know that they would work perfectly but thought it was worth ordering a couple to find out. I was really psyched when I got them... they solve a lot of routing problems, either on the IC itself, or down below on the CAC.
Mtn Z.... the Cobalt elbows are perfect for going around the stock AC box... couldn't ask for a better bend.
