I will look at mine, it had the "wing" that uses double sided tape on it, but I removed it. It's not 100% perfect, but I can send you pics on your phone.

I have one from a complete bed that I picked up. I don't remember it being super nice, but if you really need one, I can dig it up and look. I had kept it to hang on the wall.
