Race Axles

Here is my dilemma. As of now, my truck is only certified to run 12 and slower. If I cage it and install a 5 point harness, a fire suit, S.F.I. balancer and flex plate, tranny jacket and race axles, I can legally run 10's. However I am not aware of race axles for the front CV shafts. Does anyone know how I get past this obstacle?

Check the rule book you have available for anything that addresses front axles. Ive personally never heard of any sanctioning body governing front axles, only rear axles.

Im guessing the reason is if you break a stock C clipped rear axle your wheel will soon depart the car but breaking a front axle wont cause that and its not a huge safety issue. Just my opinion though.

Yes, I will need c-clip eliminators as well, but aren't there some SFI CV shafts available, these idiots are all over me!

You just need to find a different track.

Lots of trucks have gone 10's with no cages, SFI axles and all the other crap.
