Thanks for the pics Marty.... I can already see alot of this coming :banghead: :banghead: in the recent coming months..

As far as LS1tech.com is concerned... Already been signed up there for something like 2+ years.. Why ya think I have such a chubby for that motor ?

do the ls1 - so what if it's not "correct"?
by the time you do a proper sy 4.3, there's nothing left anyway.
far as ls1's and boost - the ones we have done with ati prochargers sure are happy...
the cars fuckin fly - traction control lights on at 120 plus with 315 drag radials, on 6 psi.
the ls1 architecture is so far superior to conventional small block technology, and 4.3 too, it's night and day.
pcm wise, boost dependent, ed wright, or anyone real good with ls1 edit oughta be able to letcha stay maf if you want.
i didnt read the whole thread carefully to see exactly what you wanted psi wise - but maf eats spd density in a daily driver vehicle any day of the week.
no doubt spd dens is far more suitable for serious applications and racing.
just my 2 cents worth.

Yeah I'd do a LS1 way before I spent the money on a odd-fire bowtie with pontiac heads sheetmetal intake yadda yadda yaddda.

Oh and Mike V8 is cool but it should be from the General. I saw a lotta Ford sh!t  in your shop. You would definetly win the "dare to be different award" for the century. And be ribbed longer than Ed Hess and his "add ons".

hi pat
glad we got a chance to met - sorry bout the scheduling thing.
ford wise, yup - it's the majority of my business - we're known for ford for many years - the last owner was a ford nut.
personally, i am gm at heart - but, whatever comes in the door...
far as "dare to be different" - my mommy told me i always marched to my own drummer....
ps - replaced my coil on a whim over the wkend - boost is back, baby!
never seen an e-core coil fail that steadily progressively....learned me something new.
sure wish i'd bothered to swap it months ago, tho!
