At what RPM does a stock TY shift?

What's the benefit of having a higher shift point?

if you have a stock cam/heads dont mess with the shift points.

When you guys are racing 1/4 mile do you shift into 4th? I've ran mine all the way in 3rd and also shifted into 4th when I was half way or so and didnt notice any difference in ET's???

until you begin to get into the low low 11's or high 10's you wont be needing 4th. all it does is bog and does not pull well.
