Nice but they could of picked a better vid.

+1.
Not sure why, but I prefer seeing "stock" trucks when they do "historical" or "remember these" type stories.

But, always nice seein' us getting press!

It's a corvette site, they can't have the sy be better then their car. Just like in real life.

the stronger and more reliable 4.3L Vortech V6, a superior engine to the original 3.8L Buick in nearly every way

They are being very generous with that statement. Quite frankly if SyTy had come with the 3.8 turbo buick motors, I bet our current resale value would be nearly double what they are.

x2. And we'd be replacing rear main seals instead of transmissions.

Hey, that's the "quick-release air-brake deactivator". Some may remember I used this at Englishtown during the GMHTP photo shoot and it ended up being my fastest run. (probably cause the CLUNK scared the cr*p out of me and I floored it!!) :D

Re: Some Syclone Press

I do believe the 4.3 engine is better probably in all aspecs.

4.3 5 bolt holes per cly, Buicks 4 bolt holes per cyl & they blow head gaskets.
3.8 Heads flow really bad & have much smaller valves, & our LB4's are the worst flowing 4.3 Chevy V-6 heads ever produced.
Air fuel distribution seems worse than the 4.3 we have.
A stock 3.8 block cannot take as much HP.

Just a few items off the top.;)
