stock head port ?

how would a sy run if only the intake ports of the heads are ported and the exhausts ports left alone? oh and the combustion chamber polished.

given that the rest of the internals are stock

just like a stock truck. doeesnt do you much good to play with the intake if the exhaust still cant get the stuff out of there.
