TCI TV Cable Replacement

Has anyone used the TV cable replacement from TCI? I got one and it doesn't look the same as a normal one. The button is more square than normal. Does it matter as long as it fit's in the hole?

the factory cable isnt that expensive...why not use the right one to begin with?

Did you try these guys? Theirs is only $20. It's longer so at least you know you wouldn't come up short.

That's the same cable pictured as what I orderd. It has the adjustable tab at one end and the round detent adjuster at the other. We should be ok on this.

Hey John, I thought that is what all venders do. Kinda like ATR taking the Shurflo and painting it black. Or KB taking the Accufab AFPR and having it anodized blue or the Taylor spiro pro and calling them KB Red Hots. You just have to search to get the right price. Like you wanted $60 for a used trans to transfer case adaptor and they are like $64 new with all the seals and stuff. See what I mean? Not a slam that's just how stuff is done.

yeah I wanted 60 for it but you know I would have taken much less....and have lets see about 50 of those O rings(also free)...I am a reasonable person who tries to help ppl do things right the first time. hell I would have even taken half what I was asking but nobody cared to ask...BTW what did that thing cost once you added in shipping and handling from GMpartsdirect.com... $76.11

I'll keep you in mind in case I break mine. $30 ain't bad if it comes with everything you need to put it in. You probably should have asked for that in the first place and we both would have bought some. Being honest and up front with people will win out every time.
