i was reading a post last week about a sloppy shifter cable and,of coarse,mine was too...someone mentioned that 1 of the 2 bolts that hold the bracket had fallen out causing their slop....soo i lifted & checked mine and sure enough,one was missing,the other was holding on by a thread!! and ALL the other pan bolts were loose,soo i replaced the bolt & torqued the rest and BINGO!! shifts like-a-new now...and my minor trans.leak is also gone...you guys rule.
THANX ::thumbsup::

i thought that was a good tip worth recognition...made me happy to have it "click" into gear nice without the slop.but im sure its been brought up 101 times....
next time ill thank the original poster instead of the community...

Hey toolman,we are here to help,glad it worked out.

I only posted because that "Audi" boy is stoopid :wink: (STFU Sigo)

Nothing to do with you at all.

Yeah t,

Don't sweat 16 yr old kids from other countries who dont even have a SyTy and post just to see themselves posting. Maturity and intelligence is not something you can pick up at the local grocery with your +5hp stickers and neons.

The SyTy community always appreciates feedback that is verified and fixes that are successful.

Keep em spoolin'
