Myself ,Jeff Scott and some of cast of the JSM Crew will be going over to Tri-State raceway Sat the 14th in Ross, OH. This is near Cincy. If any sy/ty'ers are interested you are welcome to come and hang out! it would be cool to see 5+ trucks thier!!!:cool:

what time are you guys going to be over there? I have to work for a little while but im less than an hour away.

Hmmm, maybe we will have to come out, but i know we have a car show that night.

Well just ordered a new pulley for the blower, be here friday. We are going to run the truck,

Jeff do you have a extra fire Jacket that we can use? We dont have one, and we know we will need one :rant:



then when we are done we are going to have to put the "show wheels" on and go straight to the show.

Factory power adders dont have to have them, its a new NHRA rule, sucks ass, we got bitched at Nats(but the blower was broke and just on there)

I am sure Jeremy will read this, he would be the one that could maybe round one up if needed.

I have not seen tri-state though be THAT critical of the rules. If you run a 10 or something sure, but so far the track has been great to run at, crowd is low, seems to work great for testing.

I have run at Tri-State many times. As long as your beer is secure in the cupholder all is good... Not to worry.

I am there ( with the TY ), and I am sure Scott ( SY2300 ) is down with going ( unfortunately his truck is not up for the trip ). Will you guys be there at 12? See ya there.

just checked tristates website, they open 1:30 and race 2:00-6:00

We will drag him along somehow.

So far looks like 3 syclones heading that way. Not sure if I will drive darons or the Rat. Right now looks like Rat, hmm do I race it and see what a bone stock truck on low boost will do?

Yea, I'll be there :D

You should post your setup for these guys. While not turbo or AWD, It is a boost 4.3 in a 1G S-series.

:rotf: its good for 16s with out the boost

thats great if ya find a jacket, just incase, id hate to have to run N/A or sit and watch. theyve never made me open the hood, they just ask if i have an overflow bottle. they never even enforce the helmet rule.

gutted race car, LOL. its still even got power steering and power brakes, the headlights still work and it even has carpet

here ya go mikey,
its a really cheap and simple combo, its your average 4.3L shortblock with wiseco 8.5:1 pistons. mildly ported vortecs, stock valves. comp 270ahr cam topped off with 1.6 rockers, gotta make sure i force in every last bit of air:D 2114 intake, 1000cfm throttle body, 48# injectors. holley ECU. the exhaust is where it gets fun. the primarys are a little on the small side at 1.5" the y-pipe is 2.5" and goes into a 3.5" single. a dyno max ultra flow kinda quites it down

the sig is semi correct, i ditched the 7.5 rear and built a 8.5" with 4.10s and an eaton and swaped up to the 275/60 M/T radial

ive trapped as high as 110mph so its got a good run in it somewhere i just cant get everything to work on one run

oh and i DO have some manifolds in the garage so its just a matter of time:D:D
